Apple is hiring 500 people to work in its Appointments Plus program, which offers free online appointments, according to an internal memo obtained by Business Insider.
The program is set to expand with an additional 1,500 employees in the next few months, according the memo.
Apple’s Appoints Plus program is a “one stop shop” for people who want to book appointments online.
Apple will let you create an account, choose a location, and schedule appointments.
Users can then pick from a list of options and book a date, which is then billed.
The process is free.
There is no fee to set up an appointment, but Apple says that those who book their appointments via the program must pay a $99.99 fee each month.
Apple said it will be adding more jobs in the coming months as the app becomes more popular, according a spokesperson for the company.
